To qualify for this special, your event time must be between 11:30am - 5/5:30pm or between 6pm - 1am. 50 people or less. Does not include VIP area. This special includes 4 hours (3 hours of paid time and 1 extra hour that we provide so that you clean up and return the place in condition received to avoid losing any or all of your damage deposit)

 $100 each additional hour.
 

Minimum hour selected, must be 3 hours or more. Please be sure to select the quantity of 3 (for 3 hours) or more (for more than 3 hours). 
 
This price does not include VIP area. It include a max of up to 50 chairs & 5 tables (chair covers & table cloths recommended based on type of event).

Setup must be included in the amount of hours selected. No additional time is given. If additional time is needed, you must purchase the time. 
 

Code will be given at time of arrival to enter. Alarm will be set to the time your event is to be over.  
 

Description:

Please return place back in the condition that you received it. 

(Additional time and/or layover time is a fee of $125 per hour). Please call in advance to confirm your time slot and if hours are available. If you do not, we may have the right to adjust your start &/or end time.

Remote Controled RGB/LED Ceiling Lights.
Remote Controled Ceiling Fan.
Kitchenette: Semi Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, Deep Sink, Tables. No counters or cabinets.
Private Rest Room.Security Alarm System & Cameras inside and outside.There is Parking in Parking Lot & On Street Parking.

You are giving a mic, ceiling fan remote, tv remote and ceiling light remotes. 

RULES:


No piñata or anything hanging from ceiling,

No sparklers, smoking, fire or lit candles or fireworks, confetti, or poppers.

No food or drinks up against draped wall. 

No musical chairs.

No hanging anything from ceiling or drapes. If your banner or backdrop requires a backdrop stand, please bring a backdrop stand or rent one from us. if you hang anything from ceiling or on wall, a $50 fee will apply. 

No one is allowed is allowed behind the curtain or a $100 minimum fee will apply.
Please keep off curtains and food away from them. 


No children in VIP (selfie) area if applies, unsupervised.

No children jumpling up and down on chairs.

No children allowed in kitchenett area.

No children hanging playing out front or in parking lot. 

No loud music out front or hanging out front in parking lot or in parking lot. Party is to remain inside  

No parking on grass area.

No fighting or unruly guests.  

No giving staff a hard time.

Doors must be closed at all times.


All dishes must be washed and dry after event.

All centerpieces and dishes stacked on table in the kitchen area.

Chairs must be stacked (white or black folding chairs laid on the ground stacked on top of each other in 2 or 3 piles.

Chiavari chairs (if applies) stacked on top of each other up against the wall area where there are no drapes).

You must sweep the floor after your event.

Do not pour dirty floor mop water in kitchen sink. 

Boxes must be broken down before throwing them in the dumpster in the parking lot.

Please take your balloons (if applies) with you after your event or pop them before throwing them in the dumpster in the parking lot.

All garbage must be set out in the dumpster in the parking lot after the event.

Outside & Parking area must be cleaned up after your event the way your received it.

Please keep party inside the event. Not hanging around outside. 
  

Our establishment is under 24 hour video siveillance. 

Failure to follow thes rules, will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit.

Damage Deposit: Start at $100 - $500, base on the time and type of event you are having. It is refundable, as long as our policies (terms & conditions) in the contract signed by you are met and our rules set here are met. Due the day of your rental cash or oaid via card atleast 5 days in advance.
