Description

This is used as an 1/2 hour add on only.

DESCRIPTION:

Please return place back in the condition that you received it. 
(Additional time is $100 per hour. Must be paid in advance).
 
RULES:

No confetti, No poppers, No glitter.
No piñata or anything hanging from ceiling,
No sparklers, Fire or lit candles  
No Fireworks.
No food or drinks up against draped wall. 
No musical chairs. No touching or hanging in chandlers.
No hanging anything from ceiling or drapes. If your banner or backdrop requires a backdrop stand, please bring a backdrop stand or rent one from us. if you hang anything from ceiling or on wall, a $50 fee will apply. 
No one is allowed is allowed behind the curtain or a $100 minimum fee will apply.
Please keep off curtains and keep food away from curtains. 

No children in VIP (selfie) area if applies, unsupervised.
No children jumpling up and down on chairs & or playing musical chairs.
No children allowed in kitchenett area.
No children hanging playing out front or in parking lot. 
No loud music out front or hanging out front in parking lot. 
Party is to stay inside and not in parking lot. 
No parking on grass area.
No fighting or unruly guests.  
No giving staff a hard time.
Doors must be closed, pulled shut at all times.

All dishes must be washed and dry after event.
Clean out refrigerator and microwave.
All centerpieces and dishes stacked on table in the kitchen area.
Shake rug in kitchen area and sweep floor in kitchen area. 
Chairs must be stacked (white or black folding chairs laid on the ground stacked on top of each other in 2 or 3 piles.
Chiavari chairs (if applies) stacked on top of each other up against the wall area where there are no drapes).
You must sweep the floor after your event.
Do not pour dirty floor mop water in kitchen sink. 
Boxes must be broken down before throwing them in the dumpster in the parking lot.
Please take your balloons (if applies) with you after your event or pop them before throwing them in the dumpster in the parking lot.
All garbage must be set out in the dumpster in the parking lot after the event.
Outside & Parking area must be cleaned up after your event the way your received it.Please keep party inside the event. No hanging around outside.
 

Most or all of these rules, terms and conditions are in the contract that you signed. 
  
Our establishment is under 24 hour video siveillance. 

Failure to follow thes rules, will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit.
 
Damage Deposit: Start at $150 - $500, base on the time of your event, date of your event & the type of your event that you are having. It is refundable, as long as you follow our policies (terms & conditions) in the contract you signed & these rules are followed.
