Includes: Up to 9 hours of empty space only, with VIP area.
$125 additional hours.

Excludes: tables & chairs.





 

This is used for empty space only and include VIP area. 
 

If you exceed your event end time (including any bonus hour, if applies) you will automatically be charged an inconvenience fee of $75. You will also be charged $100 for each hour time you go over the hour. Example; if your event ends at 6:00pm (including cleanup), If you are not out by 6:01pm, you are charged a $75 inconvenience fee, plus a $100 fee for going over the hour. So please include your setup and cleanup in the time you select. 


Please call in advance to confirm your time slot and if hours are available. If you do not, we may have the right to adjust your start &/or end time.  

 



Setup and clean up must be included in the amount of hours selected. No additional time is given unless paid for in advance. Code will be given at time of arrival to enter if no one is there to greet you. Alarm will be set to the time your event is to be over. Once your event is over, please exit the building and pull door shut behind you.

1 Bluetooth Speaker with Mic.1 Flat Screen TV.
Remote Controled RGB/LED Ceiling Lights.
Remote Controled Ceiling Fan.
Kitchenette: Semi Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, Deep Sink, Tables. No counters or cabinets.
Private Rest Room.Security Alarm System & Cameras inside and outside.
There is Parking in Parking Lot & On Street Parking.
You are giving a mic, ceiling fan remote, tv remote and ceiling light remotes. 
 
RULES:

Most or all of these rules, terms and conditions are in the contract that you signed. 
We will send you the list that you must agree to. 

 

Our establishment is under 24 hour video siveillance inside and out  

Failure to follow any of our rules, will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit.
 
Damage Deposit: Start at $150 - $500, base on the time of your event, date of your event & the type of your event that you are having. It is refundable, as long as you follow our policies (terms & conditions) in the contract you signed & these rules are followed.
