You must have your own out door 3 prong extension cord reaching to area you want bounce house. Please specify in the customer comments section if this item will be on grass, concrete or indoor on hard floors. If you do not specify this, we will assume that it will be on grass. If we get there and it is anything other than grass and you did not inform us, it will delay your event at least 2 hours. You will also be charged an additional rerouting fee (no less than $50). We will not leave the item unsecured to the ground because of safety reasons. Depending on how far we have to drive, this rental may be canceled altogether and there will be no refund.
